"Thank you very much for coming to Haslingfield to tell us the story of the history of chocolate. The subject of chocolate always excites people and judging by the attendance this evening was no exception. From feedback I have received everyone had a very good evening. Your presentation as you prepared and mixed chocolate beans, explaining the relationshop between chocolate and ancient history and with science, was very interesting and also entertaining. The samples you handed round for us to taste were delicious, and I certainly enjoyed the bar I purchased to take home..."

“I just wanted to thank you all for putting on such a wonderful ball last night. The food and drinks were delicious and luxurious (and the chocolate fruit skewers plus the chocolate tasting were a far superior choice to chocolate fountains!). Pembroke is a beautiful college anyway but it became magical last night. Most of my friends will be graduating this year so the Secret Gardens was probably our last ball all together and I really don't think I could have asked for a more perfect night. We had a super egg making day today, and in two's made a mould's worth of eggs., mixing white and milk chocolate to make interesting patterns.
