This single origin milk chocolate has a creamy mellow taste with hints of fruit and contains no more than 20% sugar, some of which is naturally occurring in the bean and milk. This is equivalent in sugar content to an 80% cocoa dark chocolate and is actually less added sugar. It is grown and made in Madagascar by the Malagasy people and fairly paid for under a Raisetrade system where profits go directly to the growers.
This chocolate contains only cocoa beans, milk and cane sugar.
Does not contain soya. May contain traces of cashew nuts.
